Meet the doctors

Dr. Reeva Sawhney joined Idlewild Family Dentistry in January 2018. Prior to her dental education, she graduated with honors and a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science from Furman University. She earned her dental degree at the East Carolina School of Dental Medicine. Upon obtaining her Doctorate of Dental Medicine, Dr. Reeva completed a one-year general practice residency in Cambridge, Maryland.

Born in India, Dr. Amin moved at a young age to Charlotte, North Carolina where he gained interest and was exposed to the art and science of dentistry. Dr. Amin pursued this ambition and attended The University of North Carolina in Charlotte where he graduated with his Bachelors in Chemistry.
